Login Security Tips
Quick Access After Login
How to Log In to Your Nanastoto Account
The nanastoto login process is designed to be as simple and fast as possible without compromising security. You can use your registered username or verified mobile number as your login ID.
Once you enter the correct password, the nanastoto system will verify your identity in under a second and take you straight to your account dashboard. From there, all your games, transactions, and account settings are easily accessible.
If you're having trouble logging in or have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link above and follow the instructions provided. The password reset process takes less than 5 minutes.
Login via Mobile App
Users on the nanastoto app for Android or iOS can log in faster using biometric authentication — fingerprint or facial recognition. This means you won't need to type your password every time, while still maintaining a high level of security.
The nanastoto app also securely saves your login session, meaning you can head straight to the games without logging in again each day as long as you don't manually sign out. All session data is encrypted and stored locally on your device only.
Nanastoto Account Security
Nanastoto employs multiple layers of security to keep your account protected at all times. At the base level, every connection to the nanastoto platform is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by banking institutions in Malaysia. This means all data travelling between your device and nanastoto's servers cannot be intercepted by third parties.
Nanastoto also runs an unusual activity detection system that monitors every login. If the system detects a login attempt from an unfamiliar location or device, you'll receive an immediate notification via email and SMS to confirm whether it was you.
Users are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via account settings. With 2FA active, every new login attempt requires an additional OTP code sent to your phone — an extra layer of protection highly effective at preventing unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
Login Issues — What to Do
There are a few common situations that may prevent a successful login. Here's a quick guide to resolving each one:
- Incorrect password: Check that Caps Lock is off and there are no accidental spaces. If it still fails after 3 attempts, use the password reset function.
- Account temporarily locked: After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait out the period or contact support for early unlock.
- Not receiving OTP: Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure your registered phone number is still active. You can request a new OTP after 60 seconds.
- Account not found: Ensure you're using the exact username or phone number entered during registration. An email address is not the same as a username.
